Fire Honey - Ready in 5 Minutes!

Ingredients (makes about 1 cup):

  • 1 cup raw honey (local if possible — best medicinal properties)
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust for heat tolerance)
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper (critical for turmeric absorption)


Optional upgrades for extra power:

  • Add 1-2 smashed garlic cloves + sliced fresh chili peppers + fresh ginger/turmeric slices, then let infuse 2-4 weeks.


Instructions:

  1. In a clean glass jar, add all the spices.
  2. Pour in the raw honey.
  3. Stir vigorously until fully combined and smooth (it may take a minute — the honey will thin slightly with the spices).
  4. Seal and store in a cool, dark place (no refrigeration needed for months, or fridge for longer freshness).
